Hosted by Familia Torres, this interactive event offers an in-depth exploration of Celeste signature wines, expertly paired with traditional tapas that showcase the flavors of the region. There will be three courses of bites beginning with Salmon Carpaccio, made with crispy capers, cornichons, arugula, mini croutons, and dill vinaigrette, perfectly matched with Celeste Verdejo. The second course features Steak Montaditos, grilled steak with piquillo confit, salsa criolla, and pimiento de padrón paired with Celeste Crianza. The experience concludes with Braised Short Ribs, topped with tetilla cheese, caramelized onions, homemade potato chips, salsa criolla, and potato foam complemented by Celeste Reserva. Each bite was hand-selected to complement its paired wine, ensuring a well-curated and satisfying tasting.
