Originally from California and Jerusalem, Hannah trained at the University of Utah and earned her BFA from Juilliard under Benjamin Harkarvy. She has performed lead roles in works by Graham, Limón, Taylor, and Sokolow and danced with numerous companies including Michael Uthoff DanceTheatre and Ballet Flamenco La Rosa.

As co-founder of Dance NOW! Miami (2000), she has presented work across the Americas and Europe, restaging works by Duncan, Limón, and Arpino. A seasoned educator, Hannah has taught nationally and internationally, including at Interlochen and the Joffrey Ballet School.
