Bentley Residences Brings Together Miami’s Art Basel Elite for ArtNexus Party 20th Anniversary and Signature VIP Brunch
The newly announced Bentley Residences served as a hub for elite Basel-goers this year in Miami. The brand hosted the coveted ArtNexus Party 20th Anniversary and a signature VIP Art Basel Brunch at its Sales Center in Sunny Isles Beach.

As the official art magazine partner of Art Basel Miami since 2001, ArtNexus celebrated the 20th Anniversary of its signature event: the annual Art Basel ArtNexus Party at Bentley Residences on Thursday (12/1/2022). As always, the memorable event boasted a unique experience for Miami’s high society and art world personalities who caught a sneak peek of the highly anticipated luxury residences.
The party was held inside the life-size beachfront model unit featuring a 3-car garage/”Dezervator,” in-unit pool, and all the luxury finishes – including an immersive 3-D/IMAX room with a virtual tour. Guests dined on a selection of gourmet food stations positioned outside and enjoyed a performance by Miami native Jencarlos Canela and danced the night away. Attendees included the “who’s who” of the international and Latin American collectors and society, as well as Miami’s most fashionable and influential. Spotted: Daymond John, Cuba Gooding Jr., Jencarlos Canela, Celia Sredni de Birbragher, and Gil Dezer.

On Saturday (12/3/2022), the President of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer, hosted an exclusive brunch and special showcase of the highly anticipated ultra-luxury residences exclusively reserved for Art Basel’s VIPs. Dezer was joined by the brand’s SVP of Sales & Marketing, Sebastian Tettamanti who guided guests on a carefully curated tour of the future residences model unit.
